In the European Union, for instance, retailers must display the lowest price from the previous 30 days when showing a price reduction. Additionally, the original price must be genuine and have been available for a significant period, as artificially inflating prices just before a sale to show bigger discounts is prohibited.

For the most part product availability determines the affiliates we use. Generally speaking you will see Amazon, B&H, Best Buy, and Newegg. Raspberry products from certified retailers. You may also see manufacturer stores.  We do not give any preference to any of our affiliates and ultimately the choice of where to shop is yours. We encourage you to select the retailer that best meets your needs and preferences.

It is important to identify SSDs which are compatible with gaming consoles. Gaming consoles typically have restrictions on the maximum capacity of additional storage. For instance, the PS5 supports M.2 SSDs up to 4TB. Performance requirements are also specific to ensure smooth gameplay and fast loading times.

Desktop computers generally have no strict limitations on storage capacity, allowing users to add multiple high-capacity drives as needed.

There is also the issue of cooling. Gaming consoles have very specific heatsink requirements.
